LETTER FROM NAIROBI

Praise the Lord my brother. Things are not all that bad here in Kenya. We believe in God that all will be under control, and that our nation is not bound to fall.
We have learnt that the international community is getting very sad reports on what is happening here in Kenya; this is causing even our people overseas to get worried of our safety here in Kenya.
Please my brother you can help us pray to our Mighty God that He bring sanity in the minds of the people of Kenya especially the politicians who are inciting people into tribal conflicts.
There are those Kenyans who were once leaving happily with their neighbors, but now the same good neighbors’ turn against them just because they are not of their tribes, these people now are help in camps, with no food, shelter and proper sanitation.
Can you feel what this woman feels? It's like she says, "why you politicians doing this to us?"

This is the letter I have received this morning from a Kenyan friend of mine ( Paul) What he is trying to tell us in the first part of his letter is that, Kenya is not swimming in such a deep conflict as Media have been reporting. That Media manipulate the real bad event into worse.
According to BBC, over 600 peopled were killed particularly in Coastal, West, Nyanza, Nairobi, Rift Valley regions.

But again Paul admits that the situation is not so good, and that the same Kenyans who were living neighborly and brotherly are turning against each other. They are now hating and smashing one another.
Paul’s blames are strongly directed to the Politicians, who are stirring people to fight each other. Paul confess that there Kenya who are no living in camps, basically there are now treated as refugees in their own land, hence it simply verifies that Kenya is not okay!

From the letter, I want to remind Mr. Paul that no matter what is happening in Kenya recently, the World know that Kibaki furious friends have entered Kenya where it is now. What ever the state Kenya is, even what we call the false reports of the Media to the International community, Kibaki is the source.
Apart from praying for peace in Kenya, we have also a task to pray for sanity in people like Kibaki, who was supposed from the beginning to settle the matter by sitting in the same round table with ODM who seem to be given chance by Kenyans. God is faithful; he can do what we ask Him in his will.

The problem is clear, that Kibaki worship to be a life president of Kenya, yet people (some) want changes in their country. Kibaki may claim to love Kenyans and that is why he is forcing to lead them to the land of honey and milk, if letting people dying as flies, as the World witness now, then Kibaki’s love to Kenya is a the unexplained love from vacuum.
He would demonstrate his love by stepping down from his post as ‘president’ after the first death report due to disputed election results given out by Kivuitu’s KEC.

We are still insisting that we the none-Kenyans can not decide for Kenyans, but we can advise what to be done, because what is happening in Kenya can even reach in our lands by one way or another.
So to cement on these comments to the Paul’s letter, I can easily ask for Mr. Kibaki and his companionship to have pity on Kenyans.

Finally, below is the song done by the late Lucky Philip Dube, the song is titled by ‘POLITICAL GAME’

Thanks, GOD BLESSES AFRICA!

How do you feel when you lie?

Straight faced while people cry

How do you feel when you promise something

That you know you'll never do

Giving false hope to the people

Giving false hope to the underpriviledged

Do you really sleep at night?

When you know you're living a lie

To you it is just a job

To the people it hurts to the bone

ChorusOoh political games that they play x 4

What do you say to the orphans?

Of the women and men you sent to war

What do you say to the widows?

Of the men you sent to war

Telling them it is good for the country

When you know it's good for your ego

What a shame.Do you really sleep at night?

When you know you're living a lie

You talking tough, you talking sincerely

Giving false hope to the infected

Giving false hope to the affected.

To you it is just a jobTo the people it hurts to the bone.
